SHIPPING POLICY
Your product will be packaged in a cardboard shipping box and surrounded by packaging material. When you checkout, the cost will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination. The costs follow the UPS or FedEx rates.

Once we receive your customized order or when you accept the final design of a custom product, we will begin production and ship when complete.
Production and shipping averages to 2-3 weeks.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact the carrier that delivered your item, as a great deal of care went into packing you an undamaged product.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As each sign is customized for you, all sales are final and are non-returnable. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect.
Delivered orders may not be returned for any reason.

You can cancel an order, for any reason, within 24 hours of placing your order.
